Architect, Design, Test and Support Engineering/Design Panel Hardware
Details
New York Technology Partners provided critical support in engineering and design of control panel hardware including PLC/HMI/VFD, and power distribution. We aided with architect network and server systems, developed required PLC/HMI software, and configured associated VFDs (this included ABB AC800M PLCs, ABB AC500 PLCs, several 3rd party PLCs, ABB’s Panel 6 series HMIs, ABB’s CP600 series HMIs, and several 3rd-Party HMIs, ABB’s ACS800 and ACS880 VFD drives including custom coding in the ACS880 drives). Moreover, our team provided hands-on testing and field troubleshooting to commission the systems.
Results
We electrically and functionally tested all panel hardware, software, VFDs, motors, and so forth; in addition to interfacing with panel fabrication shop personnel to facilitate testing and repairs as needed. Commission control systems at customer sites including wiring verification, start-up of equipment (PLCs, VFDs, etc.), modifications of programs, troubleshoot systems for hardware and software errors.
