Help Desk Technician

Description:

Desk top support of all customer locations. 60% working from the East Main Street location and 40% at the branches. Setting up computers, troubleshooting printers and copiers.

  • They have a ticketing system where some issues can be solved remotely and some need to be seen in person.

  • They support Windows 7, 10, Office 65 software

  • basic networking experience is a plus

  • A+ certification is mandatory

  • Person needs to be self managing

  • having Cisco VPN a plus

  • Use of remote access software
